Request for Security Check- allows you to have your property checked if you are going to be away.

Application for volunteer firefighter- if you are interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter complete this form and return it to the fire services coordinator.

Annexation form- if you are interested in having your property annexed into the Town limits complete this form and return it to Town Hall.

Event permit- if you are planning a parade or festival within the Town complete and return to the Chief's office.

Special duty request- if you need Public Safety Officers for security at an event complete this form and return to the Chief's office.
